1. Subscription access
Access to L-FANTE (The Sound, The Cinema, and related content) is granted only to active subscribers. Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the service using your account.
2. Content restrictions
You may not record, redistribute, or publicly perform any content provided through the service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source media or data from the platform. All content remains the property of the rights holders; your subscription grants a limited, revocable licence to access it for personal use only.
3. Payment terms
Payments are processed by MercadoPago and PayPal (or other designated payment providers). You will be charged according to the plan you select (e.g. monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment provider's and our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of L-FANTE is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
